Now one scenario is when you/your developer completes building your brand/business site, unfortunately the final result doesn’t match the expectations. A little mistake on your website could have a big impact on your or your client's business. Therefore, we have come up with a free consultation service for our theme buyers.

How it works?
After completion of your website development, create a ticket under Free Consultation category on our support portal. We will need your details like final website URL and optionally any specific message/notes you might have. We will review the site and will get back to you with final report with improvements/fixes needed.

Sit back, relax and let us do all of our work at this stage :) WAIT for a few hours or days. Good or bad – we’ll tell you the way it is. Your website may be visually and functionally accurate. If so, JUST GREAT! We’re transparent enough to let you know. If it really need some fixes, we’ll be sure to advise you on how to make it better. Either way, we’ll offer you honest answers as part of our free consultation.
Don'ts
- Be patient after submitting your free consultation request through our Support Portal. Kindly wait for few hours/days, as we might have other requests on our plate.
- If we receive multiple tickets to assess your site, we won't entertain other requests so make sure to create only one.
